Abstract
The process I am sharing in the image here is adapted from techniques developed by therapeutic writing advocates whose disciplines and sub-disciplines range from the fields of biology, neurobiology, psychology, narrative medicine to the humanities such as poetry, writing and art. “Journal Spilling” is not some willy-nilly process—though the actual pages may appear to be chaotic to the casual viewer—it is an interdisciplinary modality for insight and healing.
